I had a knot in my leg from working and exercising, the deep tissue massage made some of the pain go away…( will need multiple visits to completely get rid of that knot it has been lingering for 3 weeks now)
I also have shoulder pain they really dug into it and took care of those knots as well.
I did not have to tell them and they focused on that area of my shoulder and leg…so yes they do know what they are doing…
